Centrally located at out Head Office in the Melbourne CBD, you form part of a wider team to ensure that our services and customers are in receipt of the staffing support they require.
Key role responsibilities include: Manage and respond promptly to incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain clear and effective communication with participants and staff.
Proactively monitor and adapt to client needs and staff availability, ensuring accurate and timely responses to changes.
Foster strong relationships with workers and clients to enhance engagement, utilization, and staff retention.
Identify and address shift vacancies, coordinate redirections, and communicate changes effectively to employees and clients.
Handle phone calls with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service.
The standard role hours are 5.00pm to 10.00pm and you must be available to work every alternative weekend and occasional on call hours .

Proficiency in using rostering software or similar scheduling systems.
