Are you a highly motivated Registered Nurse ready to undertake this key leadership role? The After Hours Hospital Coordinator is a pivotal member of the health care team providing after-hours leadership and management of the nursing team and hospital.
As the After Hours Hospital Coordinator your responsibilities will include: Supervise safe, quality care that meets current best practice standardsSupport and liaise with the respective Nurse Unit Manager(s) of wards and departmentsEnsure all areas are staffed appropriately and cost-efficientCoordinate patient admissionsOversee the safety of all patients and hospital staffMinimum Requirements: Registered Nurse with current AHPRA RegistrationRecent management experience at ANUM level or higherTertiary Qualification in a health-related discipline or management (desired)Knowledge of relevant Awards and Enterprise Agreements (desired)Demonstrated experience with the coordination and allocation of staffHigh degree of computer literacy including MS OfficeExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsPeople leadership skills including mentorship and coaching of team membersAbility to manage special projects and selected portfoliosFor further enquiries: Director of Nursing, Vanessa Frewin via ******
