We are looking to build our Access team in Stawell.
In this role, you will use your clinical judgement and management skills to provide operational direction and coordination after hours and on weekends.
Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating and managing the health service efficiently and effectively.
Managing staff and material resources.
Identifying and managing risks.
Ensuring bed accessibility and capacity.
Coordinating emergency transfers of patients and services.
As the After-Hours Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to expand your skills and experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.
