About the position:After Hours Coordinator (AHC)Permanent Part-Time32 hours per week (0.8EFT)The After Hours Coordinator (AHC) is part of a team of senior nurses responsible for the after hour management and coordination of services at Yarrawonga Health. These will include the recall of appropriate staff for all medical, surgical, diagnostic procedures and facility problems or concerns;The After Hours Coordinator is accountable for the standards of patient care and nursing practice undertaken out of hours. They are also required to provide information pertaining to issues that are specific to the after-hours management of the organisation;The After Hours Coordinator will demonstrate commitment to person-centred care, best practice standards.Clinical services:Provide leadership and direction within Clinical Services for clinical care practice standards.
