Details of Appointment:An exciting opportunity exists to join the team at Kyneton Health in a permanent capacity as an After Hours Co-Ordinator.
We currently have 64 hours available per fortnight, with the role including regular rotations onto Night Duty.
The After Hours Coordinator is the senior nurse leader on site after hours and the senior resource for escalation of matters that may impact clinical care.
This is a key leadership position that is accountable for efficient and effective operational management of the hospital after-hours.
You will need to:
Support and contribute to planning, implementing, and evaluating care practices, processes, and services.Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements to uphold best practices.Lead and inspire a dedicated team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care.About CHRH:Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne.
It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019.
