The Gold Coast SUNS AFLW program is an integral part of the club, marking its commitment to the growth and development of women's football. Since joining the AFLW competition in 2020, the club has made significant strides, including qualifying for the finals twice. The club now boasts an established AFLW program with a strong foundation which will present an exciting opportunity for the next prospective Senior Coach.
The Senior Coach will play a key role in fostering a high-performance culture within the playing group and support staff, both now and in the future. Leveraging their extensive football knowledge and experience coaching at the elite level, particularly with women's teams, they will develop a football program focused on sustained success. The Senior Coach must demonstrate the ability to face challenges directly, while fostering and maintaining strong relationships across all levels. Working collaboratively within the broader football program, they will be deeply committed to nurturing and developing talent within our Academy programs.

Level 3 coaching qualification (desirable)
