As a valued lawyer reporting to the Managing Partner (with close to 20 years of experience), you will enjoy the
variety, challenge, and satisfaction
of managing your own files and engaging directly with clients in at
least 2 or all 3
(depending on your experience) of the following areas:
Civil litigation
(e.g., general commercial/contractual, employment, property/construction, personal injury disputes)
Family Law
(e.g., divorce/separation, property settlements, parenting/child custody issues)
Criminal Law
(e.g., common/sexual assault, fraud, traffic offences, drugs, domestic violence, larceny)

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are an admitted lawyer in NSW with a minimum of
3+ years
(or more) experience in at least
2 or more
of the following areas: 1) civil litigation, 2) family law, and/or 3) criminal law.
Possess strong technical
legal knowledge, legal research, legal drafting, negotiation, and advocacy
skills, along with experience in
managing your own files .
Can
prioritize your time and meet deadlines
and have a proven ability to effectively engage with and
manage your clients .
Are ambitious, results-focused, and possess an
entrepreneurial
mindset with some experience in
business development/generating new client referrals
(preferable but not essential).
Have excellent
English
communication skills and
Mandarin
fluency.
