YOUR NEW ROLE As the valued right hand to an industry-leading specialist partner supported by a paralegal, you will love resolving a full spectrum of intellectually stimulating + interesting disputes (Superior Courts & Land & Environment Courts) relating to: All aspects of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and related legislation; Development applications (DAs), complying DAs, and exempt development; Applications to amend LEPs and planning proposals; Voluntary planning agreements and developer contributions; Easements and access to land; Land contamination, pollution, remediation, and voluntary management proposals; Directors' duties and liabilities under planning and environment regulations; Critical habitat and the operation of threatened species conservation legislation; Site and environmental audits, due diligence, and environmental impact assessment; Regulatory compliance and enforcement; Land and Environment Court Applications and Appeals.
