YOUR NEW EMPLOYER Our client is an entrepreneurial exponentially growing multi-award winning commercial law firm with 10+ years of success with a flourishing construction litigation practice.
YOUR NEW ROLE As one of the KEY litigators in the winning litigation team, reporting to the Litigation Director, you will relish the challenge + rewards + variety of your role taking full ownership of your files/managing your own clients resolving construction disputes including:
Adjudication Applications under the Security of Payment laws Enforcing statutory rights to payment of Payment Claims Breach of Contract claims Defective workmanship and breach of statutory warranties Delay and liquidated damages claims Disputes in relation to Residential Building Contracts Recovery of unpaid Progress Claims and Retention Sums WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
