The Story Join this leading National Healthcare provider who provides hospital and healthcare across Australia with sites operating in every state.
The Role This role will be a 9-month daily rate contract with a possible view to extend. It will be managing a Print and Windows 11 Rollout. This is a national refresh of Computers (Windows 11) and replacement of A3/A4 Printers, migration of exchange and file servers to the cloud.
Day to day will include:
Utilising strong infrastructure project management experience to deliver this project end to end. Working with PM tools and project methodologies to deliver the project. Working with multiple vendors. Liaising with C level and senior stakeholders in the business to rollout this program. Managing schedules, resourcing, risks and issues. Providing outstanding customer service to the business and being the conduit between business and technology to deliver this project efficiently and effectively. Some travel interstate likely every few months for just short periods. What You Bring To The Role The right person for the role will utilise their expertise in infrastructure project management and have preferably recently delivered a Windows 11 Intune rollout.
Must Haves for the role include: Project Management 5+ Years. Must have exposure to End User Compute upgrade to Windows 11 or Migrations of File Servers to SharePoint and/or Exchange Migrations to the Cloud. Manage Schedule, Budget, Resources, Issues, Risk etc. Exposure to Hybrid Agile / Waterfall Methodologies. Manage and Maintain Project Documentation as directed. Raise/Oversight of Project related Technical CAB submissions and Meetings. Communications – Engage Peers, Technical, Vendors and Stakeholders. Writing – Produce Status Reports and Steering Committee updates as requested with content suitable up to C Level. Microsoft Suite of Project Management Tools. Experience working with vendors. Robust and resilience to work in a busy environment. Very strong customer focus. Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days in office and 2 from home. What's In It For You?
