The Role As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support, both remotely and on-site, while building lasting relationships with clients, based in Geelong, as a trusted advisor, taking ownership of large customer environments and providing specialist expertise support. Key responsibilities include:
Offering advanced IT support Troubleshooting complex IT issues Managing technology infrastructure Liaising with vendors and third-party contractors Overseeing asset management Leading the implementation of new technologies Mentoring IT support technicians Acting as an escalation point Ensuring high-quality service delivery Staying updated on emerging technologies Contributing to IT project design What You Bring To The Role Minimum 5 years experience within an MSP environment, with proven, hands-on experience as a Level 3 Infrastructure Support engineer. Advanced Server and Network knowledge in Cloud (Azure) and on-prem infrastructure. Solid experience providing exceptional Infrastructure Support within a client-facing environment, troubleshooting and delivering complex systems and network related issues. Microsoft and Networking Certifications required.
