About the Centre: Milestones Pacific Paradise is nestled in the sunny suburb of Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast and is a high-quality education service that is looking for their new Leader.
With long-lasting educators, strong community presence, and high-quality Lifelong Learning Programs embedded in all the studios, this opportunity has become available as our beloved Centre Manager retires from the industry.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Centre Manager to lead the Team in 2025 and beyond.
About the Role Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
Mentor and support the centre/s to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards.
About you A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
A current Working with Children's Check.
Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
