About the Centre:
Welcome to Milestones Warana where we offer our Lifelong Learning Program to children aged 0 - 5 years.
Our natural playgrounds and sustainable learning studios offer programs that set the foundation for learning and imagination.
Offering Management and Leadership courses, extensive professional development and career progression, start or continue your journey with Milestones Warana.
About the Role
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.
About you
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
A current Working with Children's Check.
Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
