As a casual HSE Advisor, you will play a key role in fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with relevant standards, legislation, and company policies. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-profile project while enjoying the flexibility of casual employment.
THE ROLE & OPPORTUNITY Provide HSE leadership and support to our on-site teams.Ensure compliance with safety procedures and systems.Conduct safety investigations and implement corrective actions.Lead toolbox talks and daily pre-starts.Manage HSE documentation and records.Contribute to company-wide HSE and ISO systems during project downtime.WHO YOU ARE 3+ years of experience in a FIFO HSE roleProven experience in a similar HSE role within the mining, resources, or shutdown environment.Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and best practices.Exceptional communication and leadership skills to engage and influence teams.Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent).Auditing Training preferredTHE PERKS Weekly pay cycleRDO a monthEmployee Assistance program for you and your familyEmployee and family member discounts to over 200 Australian based retailers; including travel, hotels, fuel, shopping and health insurance.Advertised: 09 Dec 2024 W.
