The Opportunity: Review, prepare and submit warranty claims Track and follow up on submitted claims to ensure timely processing Serve as the primary point of contact for warranty-related inquiries from service teams and suppliers Communicate claim status, resolutions, and regular updates to relevant parties Ensure manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures are adhered to Provide training and support to service teams on warranty processes and best practices About you: Experience in a similar role Ability to prioritise, organise and complete work within timeframes Strong attention to detail and process-driven Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to work autonomously The Perks: Competitive remuneration package Excellent opportunities for ongoing skill development and career advancement in a growing branch network.
