The Opportunity:
Liaising with customers to assess their needs, then recommend and sell them the appropriate parts Provide advice regarding parts specifications to customers Source and order parts as well as generate quotes and invoices Maintain a clean and presentable parts department, including showroom, entrance, parts receival and storage areas Maintain inventory in line with the business and customer needs, including seasonal demands About You:
Attention to detail is second nature to you, and you excel at communicating effectively with colleagues and customers Problem-solving is your forte, and you enjoy the challenge of identifying and interpreting parts for customers Current forklift licence ticket or willing to obtain You're eager to contribute to a dynamic team and are committed to delivering top-notch service in the agricultural machinery industry The Perks:
