The Opportunity: Administrative support Answering phone and email queries Reporting and filing Preparing invoices and purchase orders Data entry and record keeping Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable Daily banking, receipting, bank reconciliation and mail Provide customer service to our new and existing customers and suppliers Assist with the daily and weekly cleanliness of the business While working on the job you will also be completing a Certificate II in Business Administration Assisting with various office support tasks such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a tidy and organised workspace Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the office About you: Possess a current drivers' licence Great attention to detail Excellent time management and multitasking skills Understand the importance of providing a high-level of customer service Positive and friendly phone communication skills Excellent phone communication skills The Perks: Competitive remuneration package Excellent opportunities for ongoing skill development and career advancement in a growing branch network.
