We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Australian Conduct & Discipline and Professional Standards teams.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Add value by working effectively and collaboratively within our teams, liaising professionally with members, complainants, and disciplinary panel members.
Contribute to innovative and efficient processes while being part of a supportive and energising work culture.
Key responsibilities:
Investigate standard complaints and member conduct Prepare standard and expedited matters for committee meetings and disciplinary proceedings Communicate with relevant parties on complaints and progress Ensure compliance with legal and ethical obligations Assist in training disciplinary panel members Maintain best practice record keeping

What you will bring:
Understanding of legal processes Strong analytical and business communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office High level of confidentiality and professionalism Attention to detail and ability to see the big picture Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Creative problem-solving and proactive approach Experience in documenting working papers, cases, or investigations
