Project Location(s): Kingston / Hobart Education: Relevant tertiary qualifications Compensation: Commensurate with experience We are looking for someone who: Has experience across a range of areas or is a specialist – we will make the role fit the right candidate; Can take complex legal concepts and deliver practical advice to clients; Enjoys autonomy but thrives in a team environment; Effectively manages client requirements and expectations; Enjoys working with clients to build long-term relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Providing legal advice and representation to clients. We are a general practice which means we need lawyers to cover a variety of areas that may include but is not limited to property and conveyancing, commercial, estate planning, estate administration, family law and civil litigation; Communicating with clients and other legal professionals; Providing exceptional customer service to clients and practitioners; Work with support staff to achieve legal goals for the client and the business; Keeping abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations. ABOUT OUR FIRM As the practice is a general law firm, we are interested in practitioners with experience across a range of areas, whether general practice or specialists, and we will make the right candidate fit as we are interested in experienced practitioners who will fit our team.
We have offices in Kingston and Hobart but are presently looking for practitioners looking to make Kingston their base office. We will consider part-time and flexible arrangements as well as a balance of in-office and remote work based on individual circumstances and business needs.
