Reporting to the Head of Advocacy, you'll be at the heart of Goodstart's mission to drive meaningful change in early childhood education.
Working closely with our Social Policy, People and Communications teams—you'll provide essential support to advance key advocacy initiatives.
Advocacy at Goodstart is about championing the value of early learning, influencing policy, and ensuring every child has access to quality care and education.
In this role, you'll coordinate engagement with our centres and external partners, manage schedules, assist in crafting compelling internal and external communications and campaigns, and maintain critical databases.
Your efforts will support impactful campaigns that amplify our voice in the sector and strengthen our position as a leading advocate for children and families.

Your Impact: As Advocacy Communications Specialist, you'll drive collaboration across teams and continuously improve processes to enhance stakeholder service.
You'll manage advocacy resources, coordinate media and politician visits, and create impactful materials, including those for the CEO.
Supporting strategic initiatives, you'll assist with budget management, travel coordination, and stakeholder engagement plans.
Your role includes organizing centre visits, managing supplier relationships, and delivering advocacy campaigns and events, all while ensuring alignment with Goodstart's brand.
Through strong partnerships and effective communication, you'll help advance key advocacy initiatives, making a real difference in early childhood education.
