We're after an advisory board member who has hand-on experience working on workplace mental wellness, specifically focused on psychosocial hazard identification and management.

We've assembled our first Board of Advisors who are responsible for providing strategic guidance and expertise to support Syncing Minds' mission: Our mission is to combine leading, evidence based research with innovation to ignite workplace mental wellness to support thriving organisations.
The role requires the advisory board member to: Make recommendations that support the communities overall strategic plan.
Serve as an advocate for the communities values and our offering.
Commit to attend 3 out of 4 quarterly meetings per annum ,each lasting 2 hours.
Review the agenda before board meetings Stay informed about services, products and other business activities.
To participate in a 1-hour interview every 1-2 months for community members to learn from your experience.
Qualifications / Experience: Relevant qualifications related to workplace mental wellness and psychosocial hazard management such as an advanced degree in psychology, with a specific focus and experience in organisational psychology.
Demonstrated experience in strategic roles within organisational mental health, human resources, or wellbeing programs.
Proven ability to develop and implement workplace wellbeing policies and strategies.
Strong analytical skills, capable of synthesising complex information into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advocate effectively for organisational values.
Experience in board roles or leadership positions within relevant sectors.
Commitment to advancing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
