Job Responsibilities
The Foxleigh Coal Mine is located 78 kilometres north of Blackwater in Queensland.
Macmahon is currently seeking an experienced Training Advisor to join the Foxleigh Project team.
This position will be on a 5D2X4D3X roster, DIDO.
Reporting to the Training Supervisor, this role is responsible for ensuring that all competency-based training and assessment activities adhere to the compliance requirements, Mining Safety and Health Act and Regulations, and all other applicable legislation always.
About the role Coordinating and executing training and assessment in accordance with Macmahon training standards and site-specific training plan.Identifying any out of date, inaccurate or unsuitable content in site training material and bringing it to the attention of the Training Supervisor.Maintaining training records to ensure accuracy, currency, and confidentiality.Supporting training of other site departments as required.Ensuring compliance of training forecasts/schedules and allocated training requirements. About you Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (essential).Certificate IV in Health & Safety (desirable).Experience in a similar role.Standard 11 induction.Manual drivers' licence.
