Job DescriptionThe office automation environment is an important aspect of CDPQ strategy evolution, whose goal is to be connected everywhere, at all times, to support the organization's globalization and deploy tools to foster collaboration. This includes the evolution of workstations, managing office automation tools, collaboration, videoconference and telephony.
Reporting to the Director, Desktop Support and International Offices, as Advisor, Technical Support for the Sydney office, the incumbent provides support, maintenance and troubleshooting for computers, peripherals and software following established standards. The advisor contacts users, follows up on their requests and ensures they are completed. The advisor provides support to the Sydney office and other offices in the Asia-Pacific region.
