ConocoPhillips' Australian headquarters are located in Brisbane. Our focus is supplying Australian customers with natural gas and international customers with liquefied natural gas. We do this through our 47.5 percent interest in the Australia Pacific LNG joint venture, one of the largest producers of natural gas in eastern Australia. ConocoPhillips Australia also operates the Australia Pacific LNG liquefied natural gas facility near Gladstone. We are also an exploration company, with ongoing exploration occurring in the Bowen and Surat Basin in Central Queensland and new exploration in the Otway Basin along the southern coast of Australia to identify natural gas reserves for supply to Australian customers.
Based in Brisbane, ConocoPhillips Australia is excited to bring to market the full-time position of Advisor, Talent Management, responsible for supporting talent management programs including professional development, early careers, and organisational development initiatives.
Through a commitment to the exceptional delivery of people management programs, the Advisor, Talent Management will play a critical role in the Human Resources team, and be accountable for, but not limited to:
Contribution to the development and execution of ConocoPhillips' Australia professional development plan and learning calendar.Delivery, coordination, and communication of talent management programs.Oversight of training records management within ConocoPhillips' Learning Management System (Workday).Administration of education and assistance programs and talent management events (purchase orders, catering, room set up including training invitations & attendance registers).Support the coordination of Employee Resource Groups.Support the annual Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WEGA) submission.Oversight of early career programs and university relationships.About youAlong with a bachelor's degree in human resources, organisational psychology/development or a related discipline, your work experience is complimented by:
