The Role We are looking to hire a Recruitment Advisor to join our fabulous National team. This could suit an experienced, hit-the-ground-running recruiter, however, we will also consider someone more junior, looking to carve out a career in recruitment with a global powerhouse Reporting to the National Recruitment Manager, you'll join a team of trusted advisors who live & breath customer eccentricity – we bring to the table pride, passion and personality!
You will be based in the Perth support office, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Key Duties Ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process from taking the job specification, sourcing, assessment, and all activities leading through to their first day at siteDelivering an outstanding candidate experience at all points of the processBuilding strong and effective relationships with the business managers and offering excellent customer service at all levelsSourcing and managing a talent pool and deploying them to sites at short noticeProactively working as part of our great team and providing assistance to others when requiredThe Person Previous experience managing high volume/ campaign/ project-based recruitment would be an advantage but not essential.Experience in a fast pace recruitment, HR, or similar roleDemonstrated experience in managing and developing client relationshipsThe Benefits Brand new officesInvitation to join the social groupImmediate access to 100+ retail discounts accessible from your mobileMultiple salary packaging options to help your dollar go furtherHealth and well-being employee benefits to help look after youRecognition programs including service and safety awards, regular team events, site-based benefits and company discounts.$88,800 inclusive + EOFY Incentive scheme
