As an Advisor in the People team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience, providing quality advice and HR business partner support across the employee life cycle, and driving initiatives to enhance our workplace culture.
As Advisor, People, You Will: Provide quality advice and HR business partner support across the employee life cycle.
Manage the accurate delivery of employee remuneration and benefits, in accordance with applicable industrial regulations and agreements.
Establish and foster collaborative working relationships across QRA and with external stakeholders as appropriate.
Lead and coordinate the QRA induction and onboarding program, including facilitating induction sessions and new starter events.
Lead and coordinate the QRA reward and recognition program.
Develop, maintain, and regularly update databases and registers related to the QRA establishment, including full-time equivalent (FTE) and contractor figures.
Present concise, high quality and timely correspondence and briefings.
Support the delivery and coordination of People team initiatives, projects, training, and events.
Undertake scheduled and ad-hoc workforce reporting and forecasting using PowerBI, Excel and Human Resource systems to support business initiatives and establishment management.
Support the development, improvement, implementation and review of practices and procedures.
Undertake related duties of equivalent complexity as required.
This role is part of a team of six positions and reports to the Manager (People).
Appointments are subject to criminal history checks in accordance with section 52 of the Public Sector Act 2022.
