Organisation: Major Road Projects VictoriaOccupation: Human ResourcesReference: 5937Join us in building better connections for Victoria by:Organising onboarding, inductions, and learning activities for graduates, interns and managers including facilitating sessions as required.Providing support to managers and participants in MRPV's employment programs through a business partnering model, with a focus on coaching and local resolution.Coordinating rotations with multiple stakeholders and maintaining the rotation schedule.Supporting the implementation of a range of employment programs by maintaining the project plans, scheduling sessions, assisting with data capture, preparing presentations and recommending solutions.Working with teams across MRPV and the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority on shared opportunities for talent programs.Reporting to the Director of People Experience, the People Experience Advisor will coordinate employment programs, including MRPV's Intern and Graduate Programs.
This role focuses on organising and delivering key program elements, like learning and development sessions and rotations, while providing expert advice and support to managers and participants through a business partnering approach.About YouWe're looking for someone with experience leading or supporting employment programs who is a natural influencer.
