Major Road Projects Victoria
VPS 4 Advisor, People Experience Hybrid working environment.1 year fixed term (Parental Leave), VPS 4 Level and $95,102 - $107,905 + super & benefits.This role will be located at 180 Lonsdale St.About MRPV Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV) is delivering a massive investment in the state's roads. We're delivering major new road projects across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria while improving the roads people rely on every day.
The West Gate Tunnel Project will give Melbourne a second freeway link between the west and the city - providing a much-needed alternative to the West Gate Bridge and a vital second river crossing.
North East Link will fix the missing link in Melbourne's freeway network with new 6.5 km tunnels from Watsonia to Bulleen. We're also overhauling the Eastern Freeway and completing the M80 Ring Road at Greensborough.
Road Programs are also delivering dozens of new roads, bridges, road widening projects and major freeway upgrades.

Join us in building better connections for Victoria by: Organising onboarding, inductions, and learning activities for graduates, interns and managers including facilitating sessions as required.Providing support to managers and participants in MRPV's employment programs through a business partnering model, with a focus on coaching and local resolution.Coordinating rotations with multiple stakeholders and maintaining the rotation schedule.Supporting the implementation of a range of employment programs by maintaining the project plans, scheduling sessions, assisting with data capture, preparing presentations and recommending solutions.Working with teams across MRPV and the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority on shared opportunities for talent programs.Reporting to the Director of People Experience, the People Experience Advisor will coordinate employment programs, including MRPV's Intern and Graduate Programs. This role focuses on organising and delivering key program elements, like learning and development sessions and rotations, while providing expert advice and support to managers and participants through a business partnering approach.
About You We're looking for someone with experience leading or supporting employment programs who is a natural influencer. This role is perfect for someone with strong project management and organisational skills who can think on their feet to resolve issues quickly.
