Major Road Projects Victoria is delivering a massive investment in the state's roads.
The West Gate Tunnel Project will give Melbourne a second freeway link between the west and the city – providing a much-needed alternative to the West Gate Bridge and a vital second river crossing. 
Northeast Link will fix the missing link in Melbourne's freeway network with new 6.5 km tunnels from Watsonia to Bulleen. We're also overhauling the Eastern Freeway and completing the M80 Ring Road at Greensborough. 
 We're also delivering major new road projects across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria while reducing traffic congestion and improving safety on the roads people rely on every day. 
 As a dedicated centre for road excellence, our work goes far beyond the tunnels, freeways, bridges and extra lanes. We're focused on leaving a legacy that benefits communities, the environment and industry for generations to come.

The Advisor, People Data & Reporting will be responsible for collecting, compiling, and analysing HR data, metrics and statistics and applying this data to HR initiatives across MRPV.

Join us in building better connections for Victoria by: Preparing and presenting data result reports, explaining findings to senior leadership.Providing insightful reporting and analysis on Human Resource data, KPI metrics and trends by Divisional and Matrix structures.Utilising PowerBI, advanced functions of excel, and/or other data software to visualise, analyse and record large, complex datasets.Maintaining the Human Resource Information System (SAP/SuccessFactors), and other people systems, ensuring accurate position and employee data.Overseeing updates and improvements to the Organisational Chart. As the Advisor, People Data & Reporting you will act as a HR data subject matter expert, maintaining and cleansing HR data to ensure data accuracy and integrity. You will also work closely with the broader HR team to provide data insights and analytical support.
This opportunity is a 3-year fixed-term position.
