The role will provide advice and consultancy services to managers and staff at Cohuna District Hospital.
Primarily the Advisor will be based at Bendigo Health, working within the People and Culture Advisory Services team, however will travel to Cohuna District Hospital when required.
Predominately the service will be provided remotely, however at a minimum attendance onsite for the Executive meeting 1 day per fortnight will be expected along with attendance on site when required.
The Advisor (Cohuna District Hospital) will be part of the Bendigo Health People and Culture Advisory Services team and will receive support, guidance and professional development opportunities with the Bendigo Health team.
About you: We are seeking a dedicated and professional human resources professional with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience: A tertiary qualfication in Human Resources or a related field Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, modelling positive behaviours, and creating a professional working environment.
Proven experience in interpreting and applying multiple Awards/Enterprise Agreements and providing high level advice to staff and managers on a range of human resources matters.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain positive working relationships, while maintaining discretion to achieve outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to initiate contemporary human resources solutions and embed them in the workplace.
