This role provides expertise to support the successful implementation of an incident management system, enhancing and maintaining governance processes and user capability.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team.We are DJAGThrough enabling a fair and just society we make a positive difference to the lives of Queenslanders through the important and challenging work we do.This Role Will Require You To Develop and maintain governance processes for the new safety system; ensure compliance with project rules and system requirements; create and update manuals, guides, templates, and training materials for the new system.Design and deliver training for users of the new safety system; provide advice on system usage; support and guide team members throughout the project.Define, document, and update processes and work instructions for the new safety system to ensure smooth implementation and knowledge transfer.Test the new safety system, coordinate system reviews to ensure optimal performance and address issues.Engage with stakeholders for the new safety system; provide ongoing support and training; liaise with system providers to resolve issues and enhance system features.Assess system performance with SMEs; recommend modifications to improve effectiveness and user satisfaction for the new safety system.Ensure accurate reporting of system status and issues; analyse and report data to support decision-making and project improvements.Conduct audits to ensure privacy and compliance for the new safety system; perform regular assessments to maintain system integrity.Contribute to the development of security processes for the new system; identify security risks and implement mitigation strategies.Promote innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration within the project team.The Workforce Strategy and Systems unit is one of four units in the People, Capability and Culture Branch of Corporate Services.The People, Capability and Culture Systems team provide helpdesk services and system support for Department of Justice and Attorney-General's enterprise-wide human resources systems, including Learning Management System and Health, Safety and Wellbeing system.
