The Quality & Patient Safety Service (South) Team:This is your opportunity to join the Quality & Patient Safety Service (South), a dynamic and growing team based in the Hobart CBD. The focus of our department is to lead the implementation of safety and quality programs and support Hospitals South to monitor quality improvement, providing the best possible care for our patients and their support networks. The Role:This position contributes to the successful positioning of the Quality and Patient Safety Service by:
Ensuring the principles of continuous quality improvement are applied in the delivery of the services within the Quality Patient Safety Service.Promoting and ensuring a proactive, integrated, innovative and multi-disciplinary approach to continual improvement, which includes the active engagement of consumers in the development and implementation of quality improvement projects.Note: - Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application.
Exciting opportunity for an Advisor Patient Safety to work within our dynamic team.Assist with maintenance of data, graphing, preparation of reports for meetings and training of staff to use dashboards.Analyse healthcare data and support project teams by generating reports to assist with monitoring for quality improvement.Details of appointment:Permanent full time, day worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as we can onboard you. *Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary:$103,466 to $109,165 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
