THE ROLE This role is located within the Agency Performance Team in the Agency Performance and System Support Unit in the Bayside Peninsula Area, South Division and has responsibility for monitoring the performance of external service providers.
The role is accountable for the monitoring and implementation of the Agency Monitoring Framework (AMF), including management of local service agreements and the collection and recording of performance data.
The role is responsible for the development of new projects, service pathways, and place-based approaches and identifies and supports existing initiatives.
