Some of your responsibilities will include:• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the business support team to ensure the accurate and timely preparation and delivery of administration services for the Office of the Chief Legal Officer.• Plan, prepare and implement a variety of administrative services and products to achieve functional business priorities and TMR strategic objectives.• Monitor team administrative services and products for performance, continuous improvement and compliance with legislative and departmental policies and procedures.• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and business partners.• Liaise with internal stakeholders, other government departments and business partners to advise of departmental and whole-of-government policies, processes and general enquiries.• Lead development, preparation, delivery and evaluation of the effectiveness of resources, tools and training programs for building functional awareness and capability with key stakeholders.• Work with the team to create and implement efficient processes and procedures including financial and HR reporting based on data analysisApplications to remain current for 12 monthsJob Ad Reference : QLD/5937974/24Closing Date:
