Adhere to departmental and Government guidelines and ensure administrative compliance with relevant codes of conduct, legislation, and Government and departmental policies.Document Management and Quality Assurance: Coordinate departmental responses to discussion papers and other consultation requests. Critically review and evaluate Cabinet briefing materials, submissions, and Executive Council Minutes for accuracy, quality, relevance and appropriateness. Coordinate and prepare the Cabinet bag for the Minister and Director-General.Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management: Provide specialist advice and support to internal customers about Cabinet and Executive Council processes. Build effective relationships with officers across TMR and other departments to create a positive work environment and deliver high-quality outcomes.Administrative Expertise: Apply modern business practices to provide efficient administrative services and support.
