The role Adbri is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join its People and Culture team based in Birkenhead, SA.
This role involves providing HR support to a national team, with a strong focus on employee and industrial relations.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to foster strong stakeholder relationships, ensure compliance with legislation, and contribute to various HR initiatives.

Responsibilities Provide accurate and timely advice to all stakeholders.
Support investigations, disciplinary matters, and enterprise negotiations.
Facilitate recruitment and support annual People & Culture activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant HR legislation and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including union representatives and employee groups.
Accurately capture data and support reporting requirements.
Contribute to process improvements and stay updated on contemporary HR practices.
What You Will Need to Succeed Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
Minimum of two years in an HR advisory role within a medium to large organisation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration and trust.
Knowledge of contemporary HR practices and regulatory requirements.
Ability to review processes and suggest improvements.
