Key responsibilitiesIn the role of Advisor (HR & Capability), you will join a motivated, collaborative, and supportive team. You will engage with districts and regions across Program Delivery and Operations Branch to deliver high quality human resources and develop and implement strategic workforce initiatives to support PDO's workforce.Interpret, research, analyse, and advise on complex and/or sensitive workplace HR issues. Apply relevant legislation, policy and Directives as it relates to human resources and capability development initiatives.Coordination of workforce programs and projects in collaboration with relevant stakeholders on a range of HR & Capability activities. Using project management methodology, conduct research and contribute to the identification, development, implementation, and evaluation of innovative solutions to workforce requirements and challenges.Ensure successful business outcomes through effective HR metrics, analysis and reporting using PowerBI and Human Resource systems and through contributing to the development of reports and briefing notes.Proactively build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with stakeholders and service providers to gain support and influence outcomes for the achievement of business and strategic objectives.Represent PDO on committees and working groups for a range of workforce management activities.About youWe recognise and celebrate that everyone is unique and seek the applicant best suited to the role.
