Your role as an Advisor Diversity and Inclusion will include: Support the delivery of the key actions in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) strategy and supporting action plans.Coordinate and support the development of Employee Reference Groups and Working Groups.Plan, develop and coordinate diversity and inclusion programs to create meaningful employee experiences.Establish and maintain relationships with community partnerships to support the achievement of representation targets. Contribute to organisational initiatives to foster an open and inclusive environment.Regularly track and report on diversity and inclusion data measuring progress against targets.
