Talk to us about what flexibility may look like for you.The Department of State Growth is seeking a dedicated People & Culture generalist to support our Business Partnering & Workplace Relations function!In this pivotal role, you will be a trusted advisor to leaders on a range of employment and people-related matters, supporting the Business Partners in implementing and executing people initiatives and programs. This role works in support of the function to ensure workflows and operational processes are completed and up to date.This is a permanent position.
