The Role
As an Adviser and Licensee Operations Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in UniSuper's strategic initiative to strengthen partnerships with financial advisers and enhance support for members seeking professional financial guidance.
You will manage the entire process of onboarding and offboarding licensees, advisers, and their staff, as well as handle key adviser transactions to ensure a seamless and compliant experience that meets both regulatory standards and member needs.
This newly established function offers a unique opportunity to develop innovative processes and manage complex transactions. You will adopt an independent yet collaborative approach, effectively managing your workload while being ready to support your team when needed.
Key responsibilities include: Onboarding and offboarding licensees and financial advisers with meticulous attention to detailConducting comprehensive checks and managing case-based interactions with advisersOverseeing critical transactions like advice fee deductions and member-adviser linkagesUtilising Salesforce and other systems to manage workflow and track interactionsSupporting advisers through our dedicated digital portal and technical support channelsCollaborating across internal teams to continuously improve our adviser service model About You

The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of technical expertise and customer-centric approach to our Adviser and Licensee Operations team.
Key requirements include: Proven experience in financial services, ideally with demonstrated success working directly with financial advisersExceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detailStrong risk management and compliance awarenessA genuine commitment to continuous improvement and creating outstanding customer experiencesProficiency in Salesforce and working with digital workflow management systems would be advantageous The US Way
