This role has responsibility for monitoring the performance of external service providers.
The role is accountable for the monitoring and implementation of the Agency Monitoring Framework (AMF), including management of local service agreements and the collection and recording of performance data.
The role is responsible for the development of new projects, service pathways, and place-based approaches and identifies and supports existing initiatives.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE: Service Agreement management including monitoring, performance evaluations, service improvement, quality and safeguarding (including incident management) and provision of local intelligence for briefings.Integrated community and community health services professional contract management.Manage local service agreements including monitoring and collecting and recording performance data through data systems (SAMS2 Live Monitoring).HOW TO APPLY: All VPS employees (and ex-VPS employees with extended access to the Jobs and Skills Exchange website) MUST apply via the Jobs and Skills Exchange portal: Jobs and Skills Exchange.
