The role is accountable for the monitoring and implementation of the Agency Monitoring Framework (AMF), including management of local service agreements and the collection and recording of performance data. The role is responsible for the development of new projects, service pathways, and place-based approaches and identifies and supports existing initiatives.ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDEAssist in the management of service agreements and targets for funded activities, inform budget variations and develop and update service agreements on the department's service management system.Communicate service agreement requirements with CSOs, health and human services agencies to ensure compliance through application of the Funded Organisation Performance Monitoring Framework.Utilise effective consultation mechanisms to identify, monitor and mitigate potential risks with CSOs, health and human services agencies to identify and implement service improvement initiatives.COVID-19 VACCINATIONThe department strongly recommends (but does not mandate) that employees maintain their COVID-19 vaccination status in accordance with current ATAGI (Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation) advice, given their individual circumstances.
