Advice Quality Consultant

About the role

Entireti Limited is seeking an experienced Advice Quality Consultant to join our team. This is a full-time position based in our Sydney office (Melbourne and Brisbane will also be supported). In this strategic role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and compliance of our financial planning advice, contributing to the ongoing success of our growing business. Reporting into the Head of Advice Quality, some of the key responsibilities will include the completion of vetting reviews, client file reviews, practice reviews, quality assurance, incidents management, remediation and specialised audit activities.
What we are looking for Strong knowledge of the financial services/financial planning industry and practice.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the compliance process as it relates to advice.Strong knowledge and understanding of ASIC Regulatory Guides, Corporations Act, AUSTRAC expectations and other relevant legislation.Advanced knowledge and understanding of core advice strategies, the advice process and supporting tools and templates.Demonstrated coaching experience and confidence in facilitating individual learning activities.Strong interpersonal, influencing and stakeholder management skills.Proven high-level communication skills, both written and verbal.Time management skills with an ability to prioritise and complete work to deadlines.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply now.
