This position requires a strong focus on operational excellence, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision making. Key responsibilities will include: Managing the delivery of operational services like scheduling and administration to ensure effective advice delivery.Identifying process improvements and business enhancements to increase operational efficiency.Supporting workforce management plans across Advice, Guidance & Education to optimise resourcing and performance.Assisting with performance reporting, highlighting trends and opportunities for broader business consumption or executive and board level.This role is available as a permanent opportunity and has the flexibility to be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
