You're welcome in the office every day, but you have the option to work from home one day a week.About the roleAs an Agency Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving success for Are Media's sales portfolio. You'll own the responsibility of achieving your territory's budget and market share goals, acting as the go-to expert for our sales narrative in the marketplace. With a sharp focus on both print and digital media, you'll combine customer insights and brand expertise with strong commercial acumen to meet Are Media's business objectives.Your day-to-day will involve building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, their teams, and agencies. You'll guide high-quality briefs and unlock revenue opportunities to hit both individual and overall ad sales targets.From delivering tailored proposals that exceed client expectations to ensuring flawless campaign execution, you'll be at the heart of delivering value to our customers. You'll also contribute to business planning, accurate sales forecasting, and the success of our agency portfolio.This is your chance to lead with impact, driving exceptional results for both Are Media and our clients.Duties:Lead and maintain strong working relationships with customers, their teams and their agencies, ensuring high quality briefs and revenue opportunities to achieve individual and Are Media's advertising sales revenue targets.Focus on delivery of Are Media proposals that meet customer expectations and needs.Ensure correct implementation and execution of customer campaigns.Contribute to business planning, sales forecasting and Agency portfolio sales performance.Skills and experience2 years plus experience in a similar roleHighly focused, results oriented and achieves targets and goalsExperience in achieving sales success. Media sales and digital experience essential.Experience with key account management and project/campaign managementAbility to negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groupsAre Media is committed to a diverse, respectful, collaborative & inclusive workplace.
