This role focuses on creative development, brand positioning, and a thorough understanding of media planning, including advertising principles to boost visibility and appeal to car buyers.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and mentor Advertising and Promotion team members, providing guidance, setting performance goals, and overseeing day-to-day activities.In collaboration with the Head of Marketing, develop effective creative campaigns for new model launches, brand and retail.Manage relationships with influencers, media outlets, and industry partners to enhance the company's reach.Ensure all advertising and promotional content adheres to regulatory requirements and company brand guidelines.Skills and Experience Required:Bachelor's degree in marketingMinimum 5 years' experience in a marketing role with an automotive brandExperience working directly with creative agencies.Prior experience managing a team.Proven experience developing and executing successful ad campaigns across various channels.Strong leadership and project management skills.Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and advertising technologies (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.If this sounds like you, APPLY NOW!
