VET Advisory Group Pty LtdDetailed Job Responsibilities Workforce Planning and Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement staff recruitment strategies to align with organisational goals.Arrange for job vacancy advertising, conduct interviews, test applicants, and facilitate the selection of staff.Manage the induction of new employees, providing information on conditions of service, salaries, and promotional opportunities.HR Administration and Compliance: Maintain personnel records and associated HR information systems.Study and interpret relevant legislation, awards, collective agreements, and employment contracts to ensure compliance.Develop and implement workplace relations policies and programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.Employee Relations and Negotiations: Provide advice to management on workplace relations policies, staff performance, and disciplinary matters.Undertake negotiations on terms and conditions of employment, enterprise agreements, and other workplace matters.Resolve workplace disputes and grievances through mediation and advisory services.Policy Development and Implementation: Formulate and evaluate enterprise agreements, productivity-based wage adjustment procedures, and other HR policies.Oversee workplace consultative committees and employee participation initiatives.Advisory and Information Services: Provide information on current job vacancies to employers and job seekers.Offer guidance on workplace conditions, salaries, and career development opportunities.Advise management on disciplinary procedures, staff performance evaluation, and compliance with workplace legislation.Strategic HR Planning: Assist in organisational development by analysing workforce needs and recommending staffing strategies.Develop and implement retention strategies to ensure a motivated and engaged workforce.Qualification Degree: A bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
