Delivery Driver Associate
Role Summary
Reporting to the Fulfillment Center Manager, the Contingent Delivery Driver will be essential in our delivery operations, including loading/unloading vans at our warehouse and customer sites.
This role is an amazing opportunity to supplement income for the Holidays.
As one of our Delivery Driver Associates, you are essential in ensuring our customers are happy by delivering their products on time and with a smile.
We're looking for Delivery Drivers who can operate a large vehicle such as a pickup truck, van, large SUV, or a small box truck.
You can own the vehicle, or we can provide one.

Key Result Areas
Loading vans according to the delivery schedule Operating a commercial van between our warehouse and customer locations Interacting positively and professionally with customers and the public while delivering products to customer business locations Partnering with Operations to ensure product delivery and quality Using handheld technology to deliver customer orders, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles Sorting and preparing a delivery route to meet the client's delivery schedule Ensuring the delivery vehicle is always clean and in good operating condition and unloading/cleaning of equipment and vehicle upon completion of the route Assisting in training other team members where appropriate Assisting in warehouse operational tasks, including order pulling and general tasks Skills / Qualifications:
Ability to operate and navigate sprinter vans and effectively use GPS Possess a valid driver's license in the state of residence Delivery experience is required, customer service experience is preferred Pick and Pack experience in a high-volume facility Highly collaborative and consistently working on process improvement Comfortable learning new software and providing feedback on apps Detail-oriented, reliable, on-time, and organized A quick learner, proactive, and works quickly Capable of moving up and downstairs at client locations Ability to lift, push, pull, and move boxes up to 50+ pounds Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and stretch during shifts Strong time management when dealing with systems/customers/staff Benefits will start after 90 days.
