Advanced Skills Speech and Language Pathologist - Professional Support (Northern) - Multiple positions Australia, Tas Oct 30, 2024 About the Tasmanian State Service The Tasmanian State Service (TSS) is the largest employer in Tasmania, with over 28,000 employees providing services to the Tasmanian community at all levels. Duties As a member of a multi-disciplinary team, provide clinical leadership in relation to complex areas of clinical practice. Provide a speech and language pathology service which supports students and families in schools and child and family centres. Contribute to capacity building of school and child and family centre communities to improve access, participation, and achievement of students and families.
Period of Appointment Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.
Hours per fortnight 76 hours per fortnight
Minimum Requirements Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment) Tertiary qualification/program of study accredited by Speech Pathology Australia and is a full member of Speech Pathology Australia or is eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
