Join Us and Make an Impact. As an Advanced Project Engineer, your focus will lead the engineering delivery of our Building Services projects for which you have been allocated. You will be responsible for coordinating the requirements of various key internal and external stakeholders ranging from Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and Service.
Key Responsibilities: Take responsibility and ownership for the initial tendered designs and submittals through to detailed designs and engineering deliverables, installation supervision, testing, and commissioning. Coordinate requirements of various key internal and external stakeholders ranging from Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and Service, through to Customers and Customer site employees. Identify customer needs on site and translate these into workable solutions. Manage the stakeholder engagement and communications at all phases, deployment standards, and methodologies. Provide technical direction and support to project members, including planning, scheduling, and quality assurance. Bench testing and delivering commissioning packages. Assisting with sales, including providing project estimates. Key Experience & Capabilities: Engineering degree in either Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Communications, or ICT networks. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in highly complex building services solutions. BMS is highly regarded. Rail systems experience. Chartered Engineering or ability to achieve chartered status – National Engineer register or state-based previously is ideal but not required. Experience in project engineering in the construction industry of new and existing facilities would be highly regarded. Strong communications skills in both verbal and written. Proven track record in a project engineering capacity involved in the delivery of technology-based projects. Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
